All pet waste will be securely double-bagged and placed in your outdoor trash can. Please ensure this is accessible, otherwise bags may be placed by the curb or garage. Our professional and sanitary pet waste disposal process ensures a clean yard for you and your family.
No, you are not required to be home. Our experienced team will access your yard as scheduled, complete the cleaning, and secure the area before leaving. We offer photo confirmation of secured gates for ease of mind.

For the safety of your pet and our technicians, we require all dogs to be indoors or secured in a separate area of the yard during our scheduled service window. In moderate snow, ice, sleet, or rain we may continue service as usual. In more severe weather, we may reschedule for the safety of our team members and perform a double cleanup on your next scheduled service day.

Yes, we require external access to your backyard, such as through a gate, for our services. If preferred, we are able to send a complimentary photo confirmation of secured gates for your convenience.
Your first visit may require extra time if there is more waste buildup than would normally accumulate between recurring cleanups. In that case, an initial catch-up cleanup fee may apply to bring the service area to a clean, manageable starting point.
Not every new customer will need an initial cleanup fee. Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before work begins. Once the yard is caught up, future visits will be billed at your regular recurring-service rate.
