As a customer utilizing the services provided by ScoopDawg Squad, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of ScoopDawg Squad, you, the client, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ScoopDawg Squad. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ScoopDawg Squad provides professional dog waste removal services, which include the collection and proper disposal of dog waste from your property. We offer various service frequencies, including monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, and multiple times per week. The specific service plan and pricing will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Property Access:

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure our technicians have unobstructed access to the service area on the scheduled service day. This includes unlocking gates, clearing the path of any debris or toys, and ensuring the gate is in good working order. Failure to grant access to your yard, secure aggressive pets, or inability to perform the service due to reasons beyond our control will result in charges for the scheduled service.

Pet Safety:

For the safety of your pets and our technicians, all dogs must be kept indoors or secured in a separate area of the yard during our scheduled service window. We love dogs, but we cannot enter a yard with an unrestrained pet, especially if the pet exhibits any signs of aggression or territorial behavior.

Yard Condition: 

We ask that the service area be reasonably maintained. Overgrown grass, excessive leaves, or other debris can make it difficult for our technicians to see and remove all waste. We will do our best to find all waste, but we cannot guarantee 100% removal in poorly maintained yards.

Waste Type:

Our services are for solid dog waste only. We cannot remove liquid waste, vomit, or other bodily fluids. If your pet has recurring health issues that result in non-solid waste, please notify us, as this may require a modification of your service plan or a temporary suspension of service.

4. Pricing and Payment

Billing:

We will process your payment before your scheduled service date to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. 

Pricing Changes:

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing. In the event of a price change, we will provide you with a 30 day notice before the new rates take effect.

5. Service Guarantees and Limitations

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with a service visit, you must contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to your property to re-do the cleanup at no additional charge.

Inclement Weather:

In the event of severe weather (thunderstorms, heavy snow, extreme temperatures), we may need to postpone or cancel service for the safety of our technicians. We will notify you of any changes to your service schedule. In the case of a snow accumulation that makes scooping impossible, we will perform a double cleanup on your next scheduled service day. You will still be charged for the initial missed service, as we will be performing twice the work on the following visit.

Missed Service by Us:

If we fail to perform a scheduled service due to our own error, we will either reschedule the visit within 24-48 hours or issue a credit for that service.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

Client Cancellation:

You may cancel your recurring service at any time by providing a 72 hour written notice. Refunds for services already paid for will be prorated.

Service Pauses: 

If you need to temporarily suspend service, you must notify us 24 hours in advance. A service suspension may be subject to an initial cleanup fee upon your return, depending on the length of the suspension.

30 Day or Longer Pause:

If you go more than 30 days without a cleanup, a first-time cleanup fee will be applied to the bill.

Company Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate service for any client at any time, for reasons including but not limited to, non-payment, aggressive pets, or consistent failure to provide proper yard access.

7. Liability

ScoopDawg Squad assumes no liability for damage to yards, gates, pets, or other property. While our technicians are careful to secure gates, we are not responsible for pets that escape or for gates that malfunction. By using our services, you agree to waive any claims against ScoopDawg Squad for property damage or personal injury.

8. Holidays

We observe the following holidays and will not provide service on these days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your service day falls on a holiday, we will service your property on the next business day, or perform a double cleanup on your next regularly scheduled visit without additional charge.

9. Entire Agreement

These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and ScoopDawg Squad and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

11. Modifications To Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
